Procedures to Change Investor's Address

The Receiver has implemented new procedures for notification of a change of address by all investors.  These procedures were implemented to protect you from having our communications fraudulently redirected.  We are not aware of anyone’s communications being redirected, but we recognized the opportunity for it in our prior procedures.  As of March 1, 2016, the Notification of Change of Address Form is required before any change to the Receiver's records will be made.  If you have relocated and need to inform the Receiver of your new address, please complete the form (copy below), sign it before a notary and return it to the Receiver by mailing it to the address on the top of the form, via fax or by email.
